[Pkg-protobuf-devel] Looking for sponsor for protobuf NMU

Hi,

I prepared an NMU for protobuf for adding
python3-protobuf binary package, and now
I'm asking for maintainer comments and
looking for sponsor.

The package is available at

And it passed debomatic-amd64 test:
