[Pkg-protobuf-devel] Bug#874498: protobuf: Please package latest upstream version

Is there any chance we could get a newer version of protobuf uploaded
to sid? we're currently running a rather old version for a project
moving relatively fast as protobuf. 3.5.0 was released few days ago
and it would be extremely helpful if we can get it available for
debian unstable

new version soon :)
