I should have mentioned what you are looking at there. All bzr
developers are welcome to use bazaar-commits (which gets mail on local
commits), but there are two active users. Robert Collins, one of the
core devs, and the Patch Queue Manager. PQM is a bot that accepts merge
requests and makes sure the testsuite has no failures before committing
the merge to bzr.dev.  So you see the commits of at least two users and
multiple (feature) branches.
