[PATCH] pgp signature checking for deb822

Hi,
I've been playing a bit with gnupg and the attached patch should add preliminary
support for checking pgp signature for dsc and changes files, note that the
GpgInfo object is not complete, I'm not even sure deb822 is the right place, it
is easily decoupled though.

Anyhow, I'd like to hear some comments about saving self.raw_text (since gnupg
required the original text of course), I've come up with saving it only for Dsc
and Changes and keeping get_pgp_info() lazy.
