deb822: support for "parsed" dependencies

OK then, I've just pushed to our main repository the branch
"zack/deb822deps".

The post-receive hook complained that remote branch creation is not
supported, but I guess it will only affect notifications. Actually, it
is probably a good idea to avoid sending notifications of branches
"foo/bar" if we adopt the above convention (which, BTW, I like).
