[Pkg-qof-maintainers] QOF 0.6.3 released at SF

If this can be uploaded sometime near the end of the week, 0.6.2 will get a 
chance to go into testing.

I know this is an early-ish release but I wanted to get 0.6.3 ready for the 
final gnucash2 pre-releases and 0.6.4 released when gnucash2 is finally ready 
for final release (in case some of the bugfixes involve qof code).
