Sorry, the PO file is invalid:

cs.po: /opt/working/qof/trunk/qof/po/cs.po: warning: Charset "CHARSET" is not a portable encoding name.
                                              Message conversion to user's charset might not work.

Please fix and reply to the bug report with a fixed PO file. (Check
with 'msgfmt -c po/cs.po')
