That works too (and I had not used 'sudo -s' before, somehow 'sudo su -' is
the pattern of choice).

Good question.  Also, what did you pick -- looks like Debian stable.

Now we need to work how/where/... to actually start. I am of course, like
everybody else, terribly swamped.
