We'll actually want sbuild, dak, buildd, and wanna-build.

pbuilder and friends are great for smaller setups, but they don't work
very well for actually producing a final archive.

has the start of a master repository for debian-r-master which will be
on debian-r.debian.net, but I haven't finished it yet.

[The reason to use sbuild, dak, buildd, and wanna-build is that they
have all of the queue and dependency logic built in; the downside is
that they are fairly complicated to configure.]
