[Pkg-r-builders] R Consortium ISC Agreement for Adding Linux Binary Builders to CRAN

Dirk,

I had someone from Penn State look over it, just to make sure I wasn't 
violating any policy, even though I am signing/working on this as 
independent contractor.  Do we sign a copy, scan and send to you so they 
can be handed in all at once?  And one "exhibit A" for the whole 
proposal, I am assuming?
