[Pkg-ralink-devel] pkg-ralink-devel list redundant

The pkg-ralink-devel list is redundant with pkg-ralink-maintainers.
Since the latter is listed as maintainer for the Ralink driver packages,
I believe that should be kept.

I'm supposed to be an administrator for pkg-ralink-devel but I don't
know the password.  Could you please disable the pkg-ralink-devel list
and transfer subscribers to pkg-ralink-maintainers?
