[Pkg-rpm-devel] Bug#853292: debootstrap build chroot not completely setup

Package: obs-build
Version: 20160921-1
Severity: important

When using the debootstrap recipe the build root doesn't get fully setup e.g.
etc/hosts is missing as well as the virtual filesystem mounts. This causes some
packages to fail.

I've submitted some fixes for that upstream in:
  https://github.com/openSUSE/obs-build/pull/331
