Hi.

Can we bootstrap a CentOS system with dnf, the way we can do it with
yum? If so, then it is important to have it in Debian.

I'm afraid I wont have enough time for it, however, there's a PKG-RPM
group in Alioth, setup with a mailing list and all. Maybe it'd be best
to post there. I've CC-ed the list. Hopefully, someone will reply to
your message and offer help / package review / upload sponsoring.
