That one's a bad one that clearly wasn't present when I last used rrfw
in a woody environment. Do you know why that dependency is there? Is
that some funky "utf8 chars don't display right, web interface is ugly
dependency, or a hard "rrfw won't run at all on any older perl" issue?

Yes, that's ok. apache can be solved by removing the magic from the
postinst (which I have done for my woody packages), I backported the
perl modules. The versioned dependency on perl itself can be a killer
for backporting efforts.

Right now, I have the problem of apache segfaulting while loading
librrds-perl. Can rrfw be run as a CGI?
