[Pkg-rrfw-general] New debs uploaded

Hello,

After a break caused by an alioth's downtime I was finally able to upload
the new debs with the latest batch of fixes:

* The link to the RRFW configuration file created in rrfw-apache and
  rrfw-apache2 postinsts is now relative, since it is within /etc
  (policy 10.5).

* Couple of quirks in rrfw-common.logrotate: user:group used for
  creation of new log files is now Debian-rrfw:Debian-rrfw. Also,
  changed the postrotate snippet to prevent it from failing when
  collector or monitor logs are not present.
