[Pkg-rrfw-general] CVS repository layout

Hi Marc,

I've looked at the file layout in the old (rrfw) and new (torrus) tarballs 
and the changes are pretty dramatic. It looks like importing the 
new sources into CVS using usual procedure does not make too much sense, 
we'll just get a lot of unused junk in repository. I think this is an 
excellent opportunity to nuke it completely and switch to the new 
development model, when only the debian/ subdirectory is stored in CVS. 
Since dpatch is now integrated into the build process and proven to work, 
I don't think we will have any problems. What do you think?
