[Pkg-rrfw-general] Manpage section choice

Hello Stan and others,

When building the RRFW/Torrus packages for Debian, we agreed with Marc 
to place the binaries into /usr/sbin directory. For consistency it is 
required that we then place the manpages into the section 8 and not 1, as 
it is now. We are currently patching the Makefiles to achieve the desired 
effect. Would it be too hard to implement a mechanism (configure switch?), 
which would allow to choose the the manpage section for binaries?
