[Pkg-rrfw-general] Migration to pkg-torrus

Hi,

As pkg-torrus project has finally got created, we will be migrating to it 
shortly. We are switching to keeping only the debian/ source in the SVN 
repository at svn.debian.org. Here's the status:

1. pkg-torrus-general mailing list has been created and should become active 
within 24 hours. Subscription instructions and archives should then become 
available at [0]. If you are subscribed to pkg-rrfw-general, please
subscribe to pkg-torrus-general, as this is going to become the primary mailing 
list in the not-so-distant future.

2. I have imported the initial sources into SVN. It may be currently checked 
out using the commands [1] (anonymous) or [2] (developers).
Note that repository may be normally viewed using ViewSVN web interface at [3], 
however currently is something wrong with the db permissions due to my 
fiddling. I'll wait for the cron jobs (which usually take care of this)
to run before doing anything about it.

3. I have uploaded a simple web page describing the project to the usual
location [4]. It currently does not work either :-) (don't know why, web
server does not seem to respond).
