+- fix maintainer. remove original-maintainer. that's a debian package, not an ubuntu one.

+- you might want to hardcode that chef uses ruby1.8. Do that by depending on ruby1.8, and on the -ruby1.8 packages, instead of ruby and *-ruby. It doesn't change anything for now, but would break when ruby becomes ruby1.9 in Debian.
