    Revert "Use a single Debian pacth and point to the VCS"
    
    This reverts commit 9e2593a4f0f07fbe2c4b30e1a41e3606bdb0ec62.
    
    I don't feel comfortable with this method. Instead maintain this
    kind of patches with quilt, to be easily sharable with upstream
    and other distros. Updates to the patch can still be found in our
    VCS with reasons for its existance and modifications.
