* Merge in earlier packaging information (control, changelog, watch)
* Update copyright to DEP5
* Add Conflicts/Breaks/Replaces and transitional packages for the rename
* Override dh_installdocs and dh_clean to handle rdoc
* Disable tests (test suite fails to integrate with Debian postgresql)
