+Some files are excluded to comply with DFSG.
+debian/gbp.conf defines a filter that lets git-import-orig do the work :
+
+1. uscan gets the latest tarball
+2. compare new and old non-dfsg-repacked tarballs (and update the list
+   in debian/gbp.conf, also it might be the right time to update
+   debian/copyright too).
+3. git-import-orig ../redmine_xxxx.tar.gz
+   The upstream version must be for example "1.3.2+dfsg1".
+
