    Patch out support for Selenium::WebDriver
    
    Until ruby-selenium-webdriver lands in Debian (#703492), we need to patch out
    the :selenium driver (and the relevant tests) to be able to ship Capybara.

    Fill in Build-Depends, Depends and Suggests
    
    The following dependencies has been skipped from the Gem:
     - selenium-webdriver (runtime): this is a complicated beast
       to package (see #703492 for details) and Capybara can be useful
       without using Selenium::WebDriver; so we skip this dependency
       for now, and we will patch out its support.
     - fuubar (development): not yet in Debian and only there to
       beautify RSpec output.
    
    `launchy` is only there in Suggests as it is only required to use
    `Capybara::Session#save_and_open_page` and is loaded dynamically.
    
    The binary package depends on libjs-jquery and libjs-jquery-ui to
    replace the stripped out libraries by simlinks.
