I got rid of most of them, but some warning is still there.

I don't understand this one, I'd like if somebody can explain what it means.
I don't like ignoring warnings if I'm not 100% sure it's the right thing to do.

I think this kind of warning can be ignored 'cause both commands
(python and cylograph) are required by the dependencies.

I though that I should attribute the packaging work to myself and
share the copyright with the other author only as upstream. By the way
format 1.0 seems clearer so I think this is no more a problem.
