[Pkg-running-devel] Bug#693285: garmin-forerunner-tools: FTBFS on hurd

garmin-forerunner-tools does not compile on hurd:

The problem is that PATH_MAX does not exist on hurd. The declaration of 
the variable has to be changed to char* in case the macro PATH_MAX is not
defined.
