I also fixed a few package details (Standards, debhelper
compatibility, incorrect versioned dependency on debhelper).

However, more importantly, why is there a Windows driver binary
package without source in the "upstream" distribution? That one should
be removed from the Debian package (and can be, through a
patch)....but it would be better if it is removed upstream.
