[Pkg-running-devel] New CycloGraph release

I just pushed the packaging for the new release.
Expending a bit the debian changelog:
* The gtk+ 2 version is dropped, this action is the only viable
solution to close the bug.
* I checked the new debian standards by I didn't see any change required.
* Cairo python binding must be explicitly included in the decencies
and it isn't pulled automatically since some recent upgrade.

The last change has some major impact as the elevation plot is done in Cairo.
