[Pkg-running-devel] Processing of subsurface_4.3-2_amd64.changes

Hum, I wasn't aware that I had upload permissions. I was trying to upload it 
to mentors to have it reviewed before upgrading it, but it does work according 
to my tests.

Anyway, it moves the version that is in experimental into sid, and has a patch 
because the new libgit2 changed API, so the one in experimental would fail to 
build.



Honestly, I don't know about the future of this package in Debian, the newer 
upstream versions use quite a lot of forked libraries that they have patched 
for their own use.
