Each of these files is different (OK, except for
/u/s/d/sunterlib/sunterlib-0.8/COPYING which is the same as
/u/s/d/sunterlib/copyright).

(Upstream doesn't use a "Makefile", but that's a detail; I can still
 change their installation system, even if it is not a Makefile.)

I considered doing that, until I realised that this would loose
information of which part is done by whom and is under what copyright
status, which is why I left them.

There are two statuses:

 - The BSD-style license

 - "Public Domain"

I don't think upstream is planning on adding things under a different status.
