 * Bump Standard-Version to 3.8.0 (no changes)
 * Switch maintainer to Debian Scientific Computing Team
 * Change section of libraries to libdevel
 * New packages: libmedimport0, libmedimport-dev, libmedimportcxx0,
   libmedimportcxx-dev and med-tests.
 * Update download location in debian/copyright and debian/watch.
 * Move Homepage from description to pseudo-field.

 * patches/00_gcc-4.3.patch: new patch to fix build with gcc-4.3.
