    Removed spurious files created by dh-make
    
    Also, renamed file debian/watch.ex into debian/watch.  The files
    manpage.1.ex and shlibs.local.ex were changed by hand from the dh-make
    templates but are not really needed.  The contents of the former would
    better go into a README file and the later is not necessary since the
    package does not contain shared libraries distributed in the standard
    places.

    Reduce the list of build-dependencies to the minimum necessary
    
    For the dependency on libglpk-dev, drop the "-1" Debian part of the package
    version.  This fixes Lintian warning build-depends-on-1-revision.
