I doubt that adding g++ to Build-Depends will change anything. The buildds are 
supposed to have build-essential packages installed by default. Now if sbuild 
tries to build a package it examines the package's Build-Depends and installs 
all the missing dependencies and I don't think that it reinstalls packages 
that are already installed. And if it doesn't reinstall g++, I suppose that 
nothing will change.
