You are right, this should be fixed. On the other hand, for example
arpack is not working correctly with the lapack3 and it should be
compiled with it's own version of lapack.

That should also be fixed. Also

3 - only abinis have the man page, all the other executables don't. I
need to fix this.

4 - I think there are a few more lintian warnings.
