All,

the debian packages for trilinos 8.0.1 have been updated.

add this to /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://people.debian.org/~prudhomm/debian ./
deb-src http://people.debian.org/~prudhomm/debian ./

and fire the command
apt-get install libtrilinos-dev libtrilinos

the main change is that now the headers are in /usr/include/trilinos and  no 
more /usr/include/trilinos/8.0

8.0.2 is out and should be soon available. There are still some issues to be 
fixed before uploading to Debian.
