Indeed it seems that we have a conflict here
I haven't checked libml in opencv but it is most likely that  the two
libraries are different
ml in trilinos stands for multi-level and provides very efficient
soling and preconditioning strategies  for linear systems.

what do you suggest ? that the libraries of trilinos be renamed
libtrilinos_xxxx or libtri_xxxx?
this can be done rapidly in -2 if you decide to accept the package
now. Otherwise I could also resubmit a new package with renamed
libraries.
Of course I would prefer the earlier solution.

offtopic: by the way I have re-uploaded openturns and fixed the issue
regarding packaging .pyc files.
