Yes, unblocked.

(To Steve, in case he reads this: atlas is unbuilt on alpha, not out of
date. Binaries from the obsolete package, which I'm not sure what
relationship with atlas maintains, were removed for several
architectures by ftpmaster on Apr 2nd.)
