If nobody objects, I will upload suitesparse 3.1.0-1 to experimental as in
SVN r2085.  The last change that I did was the removal of the
Conflicts/Replaces/Provides relationships for the libsuitesparse-3.0.1
package.  This was preventing simultaneous installation of libsuitesparse
and libsuitesparse-3.1.0.
