[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#491381: libmesh0.6.2-dev: Provide working makefiles for examples

Greetings,

Many of the examples have more than one source file which needs to be
compiled.  This will cause the instructions in README.Debian to fail.

This would not be a problem if the examples had working makefiles, which
use some variant of those instructions.  So please change the makefiles
so they work.

While we're at it, the makefile can actually run the example code too...
