[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Problems with arpack++

I was taking a look at the arpack++ pacakge in order to fix Bug#463931.  I
noticed that the package has tones of non-debian files patched through the
.diff.gz. I think this should go into a patch in debian/patches/.

Also, I cannot find the pristine tarball for version 2.2 in the location
indicated in debian/copyright [1].  The only tarball that I found seems to
correspond to version 1.2 [2].  Where can I find the upstream tarball for
version 2.2?
