Hello,

on my updated Debian testing, I can't run gmsh :

gmsh: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libcgns.so.2: undefined symbol: H5T_NATIVE_INT32_g

FWIW : I have the package libcgns2, Version: 2.5.3-1

It looks like a bug, doesn't it ? I hope it can be corrected.
