Hello maintainer,

I am rejecting life based on the following:

Several of the files in cmake/ are BSD licensed, with license and copyright holders not mentioned in debian/copyright.

Files seem to be a mix of LGPL 2.1 and 3.0.

Debian/copyright isn't real clear on what files are what licenses/etc.

Missing copyright holders. (For example contrib/gmm/include/dal_alobase.h is (C) 2000-2001 Yves renard.

contrib/gmm/include/gmm_dense_lu.h seems to carry an alternate license.

There may be more issues, I stopped here.
