I think we should not remove stuff gratuitously, since it can provoke
surprise on our users.  Perhaps we could fix debian/orig-tar.sh for now,
such that it retrieves the lug html stuff and includes it in the "upstream"
tarball.  I will look at this later.

In the future, we could create a separate package lapack-doc and add a
get-orig-source to its debian/rules to generate the tarball.
