[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#533342: libpetsc3.0.0-dev: double-colon clean target is trouble

Hi,

The double-colon clean target in /usr/lib/petscdir/3.0.0/conf/rules
causes breakage with much code which uses petsc.  Please fix it.
