[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Proposition of upgrade for Abinit

Hello,

   In a previous mail with Ondrej Certik, I've proposed him to help for
the packaging of Abinit.

   I'm working in collaboration with Xavier Gonze as a developer of
Abinit. So I know and use the program. Besides that, I'm co-maintainer
for a visualisation software (v-sim for Debian, V_Sim otherwise ;) )
I've developped.

   I propose the attached modifications to apply on the debian
directory I've downloaded from
svn+ssh://certik-guest@svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-scicomp/abinit/trunk
to upgrade the Abinit package in Debian to 5.7.2. I know this is not a
production version according to http://www.abinit.org/package/, but the
production version of the 5.7 series should be out in the coming months
after the developer workshop of March. So we may already prepare the
ground and be ready when the 5.7 will be in production.

Can you review the patch and tell me if I can commit to the svn or
what I should modify ?
