I made a patch once, but I believe it was less complete than yours. I

But when I started working on this it seemed to me that the problem
was more complicated than I understood. Too much sand for my little
truck. So I stopped fighting the [operational] system, and I'm a happy
DIYer today. Viva o software livre!
