[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#530625: libslepc3.0.0-dev: Paths broken so petsc is unable to find slepc

Package: libslepc3.0.0-dev
Version: 3.0.0-p2-1
Severity: important

When initializing slepc i get the following error:

PETSC ERROR: Unable to locate SLEPc dynamic library /usr/lib/slepcdir/3.0.0/lib/linux-gnu-c-opt/libslepc

Looking at the directory structure of slepc, the path matches only up to

below that are only the symlinks libO and libO_c++

creating another symlink
../linux-gnu-c-opt/lib linux-gnu-c-opt
as a workaround helps.
