[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#531048: scotch: Please package esmumps version

Please package the esmumps version of Scotch which includes an extra
library.  You can get it from: http://gforge.inria.fr/frs/?group_id=248

(This will enable my new MUMPS package to link with Scotch.)
