[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#531184: Fails to install: alternative mpicc can't be slave of mpi

Package: lam4-dev,libmpich1.0-dev,libopenmpi-dev

Hi,

I see various package fail like:
Setting up lam4-dev (7.1.2-1.5) ...
update-alternatives: error: alternative mpicc can't be slave of mpi: it is a master alternative.
dpkg: error processing lam4-dev (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2


Setting up libmpich1.0-dev (1.2.7-9) ...
update-alternatives: error: alternative mpicc can't be slave of mpi: it is a master alternative.
dpkg: error processing libmpich1.0-dev (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2


Setting up libopenmpi-dev (1.3.2-2) ...
update-alternatives: error: alternative mpicc can't be slave of mpi: it is a master alternative.
dpkg: error processing libopenmpi-dev (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2

I assume this is a bug on some other package, please
reassign in that case.
