[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Outdated package opencv in sid

Hello,

I'm writting regarding the package "opencv", which in Debian sid
appears with version 1.0.0.
A few weeks ago, the OpenCV team released the stable 2.0.0 and since I
maintain other packages in sid that depends on OpenCV, I'm interested
in the package being updated to its latest version.

Are there plans to update this package? I could provide help if
needed, but before doing anything I wanted to ask you, the maintainers
of the package.
