Well, if you want but I don't think it is the best solution.
For now, I am playing with atlas packaging in experimental. It is
starting to be in a good shape for x86 & amd64. However, there are some
works and decisions about other Debian archs to make.

Despite all the problems in the current atlas package in testing, it has
the merit to exist and in many cases, it is still much better than
refblas.
